Return Policy

In our opinion, sending packages back and forth “like it’s nothing” has become quite a toxic habit in our society. Therefore, we don’t want to promote unnecessary purchases and returns. However, if you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. 

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return together with hygiene reasons, the item must be unused, undamaged and in their original unopened shipping packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To return your purchase, please contact us at within the 14 days after delivery, including your order number and reason for return. Saucha will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”). After receiving the RA number, you will have another 7 days to return the product to Saucha. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Damaged items 

We only replace items if they are damaged. Please contact us at within 24 hours upon delivery, kindly include a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace it for the same item.

Returning costs

The client is responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returning item to Saucha. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Saucha cannot be held responsible for any returns which are lost and/or damaged while being returned. We therefore recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing a shipping insurance.
